UK SHIPPING

Default UK shipping is via Royal Mail standard 2nd class - the cost may vary depending on the size & weight or your parcel, this is calculated at checkout.

Orders with a value of £50 or more (including combined) will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 - cost may vary depending on size & weight, this is calculated at checkout.

Shipping outside of the UK is available upon request.

Returns Policy

In adherence to the Consumer Rights Act for online purchases we uphold a return policy of 28 days. After 28 days have passed, unfortunately refunds will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return it must be requested within 14 days of delivery and then you have a further 14 days in which to return the item. 

We cannot accept returns for items which have become damaged through use. Knots & Dreams will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries caused by misuse of our products. Should your item(s) become damaged, it is advised that you cease use immediately.

If you need to return an item please email us at knotsanddreams@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt of your item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be returned in it's original packaging. 

Non-returnable items include custom order items, sale items & any items discounted due to a fault. 

Shipping your return

To return your product, you should email us and we will provide you with the correct address in order to post your item(s) back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not take responsibility for any loss of item(s)

 

Refunds for returns

Once your return is received and quality checked, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of either the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be processed less any discounts redeemed at the time of sale. 

If your refund is rejected on the grounds of violation of the policy then your item will be returned to you subject to us receiving full postage payment in advance, cost varies based on size of product. Unfortunately, unless we are responsible for an error/fault, it is the customers responsibility to meet postage costs on any returns. 
 

If you are beyond the 28 day return agreement period we reserve the right to refuse a return. However, please contact us as we may on occasion use our discretion to provide a like-for-like exchange or credit note. Please note that we will not consider or investigate any complaints raised more than 90 days after your order.
